Did I get your attention?
Good, because you'll want to check out this GORGEOUS blown glass from Blown Glass Platters, headquartered in beautiful downtown Seattle.
I have always loved glass and seeing what artists can do with it. Michael Church is no exception. As soon as I saw his beautiful work I knew that I needed to share it with you.
This was installed in his clients home in Punta Gorda, which I think is a perfect setting because they do look like they are inspired with what I see under the sea when snorkeling...
The colors and shapes he creates are simply amazing. I love how this art turns a boring wall into a WOW wall! 3D art!

These are gorgeous! What a pleasure to behold! Thanks for sharing. Have you seen the wall art work of blown glass artist Dale Chihuly? Google Chihuly Dragonfly Images, and see what you get.
There is something magical about glass as an art medium. I think I could sit and stare at all of these for hours. They do feel like you are in a mystical undersea adventure!
Hey! Thats my work! Thanks so much for the informative post. All of these peices were custom ordered by interior designers for homes or offices. Thats really my specialty. Interior designers come up with the space and color palate, then we work together to top the room off with a something special you are not going to find in any mall or in another home, because every one is unique and hand crafted!

Thanks again!
These are incredibly beautiful esp. with the light on them to create shadows on the wall. How very cool that the artist responded as well! :)
It reminds me of the underwater sites and colors -- reminds me of Aruba! Aaaaaah!
Thanks for the memories....sounds like a song, ha! <><
Ooh, I love the piece over the fireplace! Very colorful stuff here.
GORGEOUS! Great ideas. I gave your blog an award. Please check my blog for the details. :)

Wow, these glass pieces are beautiful!! Love all the different groupings -- I think my favourite is the last one, with the green & purple pieces against the blue wall. Love all those colours :-)
Sorry to hear it's too hot where you are. Why can't Mother Nature spread the heat and rain around to everyone?!
